What is covered in the 100% Free Audit of my business?
We take 20 to 30 minutes to review 5 main areas of your online presence including analysis of your current website, business listing data distribution and accuracy, reviews and online reputation, social marketing, SEO, and SEM. We will compare this data to industry averages as well as your competitors. We will provide you with an interactive digital report for your review.
How long is your contract?
We truly want to work with clients that want to work with us. We provide a 30 day out for any reason with most services. Rare exceptions may be for website development where we offer 12 month financing of the website build. Also, we may develop a 3 month advertising campaign that we would want to complete to make sure that the client gets the full benefit of the advertising investment.
Do you offer any guarantees?
The promise that I can make to each client is that we will work hard to provide the best services for the prices our clients pay. We want them to be 100% happy. We will do everything we can within reason to make sure that we exceed expectations. Two of our Core Values are “Helpful” and “Integrity”. As part of our sales process, we make sure to carefully communicate our services and set reasonable expectations before we start. This is part of why we have such a high retention rate. And we do offer a 30 day out at any time for any reason unless otherwise agreed to.

We are incredibly flexible. We don’t believe in throwing good money after bad. Our clients benefit from our “test kitchen” approach. They are able to pivot to try new things. You can see what is working and focus on that. We don’t lock our clients into programs that they don’t feel provide the most value. Our strategy is dynamic and designed to help you achieve your goals.
